Starting CrossFit

Elements is a class of fundamentals where members are taught nine foundational lifts required in CrossFit which are required for new athletes beginning CrossFit.  These lifts consist of the Squat, Front Squat, Over-Head Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull and the Med Ball Clean.  Olympic lifts such as the Clean + Jerk and the Snatch are also staples taught for our CrossFit program.

What element's class consist of: Members will go through four one on one personal training sessions with a certified trainer.  During the one on one sessions we will go over goal setting, medical history and a nutrition plan.  We will also discus which program is best for you and selecting the right plan.  

Cost: $100 for the first month which includes elements followed by 3 weeks of CrossFit and Bootcamp classes.  A 6 month or 12 month agreement is required.  

Class Days and Time: Our schedule is very open and will schedule your 4 classes based off your schedule.

How to sign up: Create a new athlete profile at the top of the website and fill out the information.  Once that is complete we will approve you for access to our website.
